We will listen to your concerns, assess your symptoms, and use the information you give us to develop your plan of care. When the need for expertise is beyond our reasonable capabilities, we will make prompt and appropriate referrals to other medical providers in our community. You may refuse treatment at any time during your care, and your doctor will tell you what the health-related outcome might be. The responsibility for the outcomes due to your decision would, of course, be yours.

We participate only in those third-party insurance agreements which allow us to practice in a manner which is in the long-term best interests of our patients and community.

We will work hard to make your experience in our office an excellent one. To accomplish this we need you to communicate your needs and concerns to us. It is our philosophy to treat all our patients with respect and dignity,and if we fail in that capacity then we want to know.
